For the last 5 or 6 years Kate has purchased clothing from Love Knot War, a NZ owned clothing brand, but knew very little about its owner - until now!

Today Love Knot War owner and founder Aly Hansen shares all about her love of fashion, how she gave up on it when she lost her best friend to cancer at 16 and the process of bringing her passion back to life.

Aly hit a fork in the road where it was either sink or swim, when she went through divorce while pregnant with her 3rd child. She shares the challenges, the juggle and how important mindset is.
