Queenstown Mother of two, physio, breathing coach and entrepreneur Emma Ferris shares her inspiring and almost unbelievable story. Emma and her sister Sarah are the producers of a true crime podcast that hit number one in many countries. But the twist is, the story is about Emma's own heartbreaking and brave experience.

 

Emma shares her story on how she was dating a con artist and the experience of having to pretend to still be in a relationship with him, to get back the money he took from her. She gives us her insights into this scary experience and her strategies that helped her to overcome this traumatic time in her life.

 

Emma shows us that with the right mindset we can overcome anything and she inspires us to listen to our bodies and make time for self care, meditation and breathwork.
