Kendall Whyte, Losing My Brother To Suicide Led To Creating Blue Tree Project
With Workout for Mental Health starting on Monday 15th August our first couple of episodes are going to be centered around mental health and the charities we are supporting.
Starting today with an incredible woman, Kendall Whyte. Kendall is the founder and CEO of Blue Tree Project. Blue Tree Project is having a massive impact, across the whole of Australia (and now NZ and abroad) with the mission of sparking difficult conversations and breaking the stigma around mental health, by painting dead trees blue.
Blue Tree Project was inspired by Kendall's tragic loss, her brother Jayden died by suicide in 2018.
Today Kendall shares Jayden's story and how the blue tree's came about. We delve into mental health challenges and issues we face as a society. Kendall's mission is not to share her pain, but to share hope.
